Always Gonna Dance

I’m late to the game here, but I just discovered this song, “I’m Never Gonna Not Dance”. This is my new Life Theme Song. That person you see walking-dancing, dancing her in the car, dancing in the grocery store, that’s me.

I was just telling someone on Friday that I have loved dancing since I was a child. I feel the beat, the words in every fiber of my being and my body has to move. It’s deeply satisfying and joyful.

Can’t stop. Won’t stop.

Having a Blast With a New Friend

I had an absolute blast hanging out with my new friend, Laura, yesterday. We talked for 3 hours straight! It was wonderful to be able to freely zigzag the conversation from this to that, and back again with complete relaxation and understanding. 💜💜💜

Having My Mind Blown by EMDR Therapy

Let’s talk about EMDR therapy. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.

I’m working with a therapist to help with the remnants of what I wasn’t able to fully move through during my nearly 10 year spiritual deep dive. Many of you know the time period I’m talking about. Much of it is in my 2nd book.

Currently having my mind blown with the power of EMDR therapy. I have much and deep childhood and teen trauma. We are at age 9 years old currently.

With this therapy, getting the iron deficiency anemia and pernicious anemia, and the gut issues under control, and the neurodivergent adult group I’ve been a part of the past couple of months, (and one other blowing my mind tidbit – 😉), I feel more alive, bright, and joyful than I have in many years.

I feel things lifting, shifting, and I’m making my way to having a kick ass second half of my life. Here I go dancing, walking, and strutting my way into exciting times! 💋❤️💐❤️💋

Easter 2023 With Chad Basil the First

Basil had a great day! He helped himself by digging through Thomas’s abandoned bucket. 😂The Romano Duo came to our place. We chatted, laughed, and ate good food. Lillian got a new crystal for her window and Thomas got a much wanted album. 🤍🤎🤍

This Parenting Phase is Nearing an End With New Walking Shoes

Waiting, waiting, waiting. My days of driving Thomas to appointments and waiting in the car are nearing an end. 🎉🎉🎉Thomas has mostly taken over, but this appointment is downtown with weird parking. Thomas isn’t comfortable with it yet.

March 2023 Date Day with Lillian

Camilla and Lillian March 2023 Date Day yesterday.

It’s been many months since we had a date day, with Thomas’s school schedule and Lillian’s anxiety and health issues.

We shopped at 3 different grocery stores for chocolate and candy. I think Lillian may have broken a record for the most candy purchased in one day. She’s now set for candy day for months!

She ordered fries from one of her favorite places, accompanied by a tangerine and brownie.
