Continue

Create what is in your heart.
Share it with others.
You are coming home.
Yes, you are.

You may take detours,
Yet, you are on your way.

Listen to the voice of nature,
the voice of the divine.
I will not lead you astray.

You successfully live
as a human on this beautiful
Mother Earth when you
share and create from the heart.
That is love. It is good.

My voice arises
from the heart.
All that I am is Good.
All that I am is Love.
You are Good.
You are Love.
You are. I am.

Quiet the voice
of the lower self.
The more you practice
the easier it will become.

The magical day will dawn
when the lower self falls
victim to the
Divine love
which is you.

Place focus in the heart.
Go forth from this divine space.
Release the voice of the ego.
Continue dear one.

Continue,
And know that
You are never judged
And always loved.

Un Doing

Speak your truth dear one
with a golden tongue

let it be known
your true self

ride the times of the wind
listen to the longing of your heart

slow down the drum beat
of the must be doing

listen to the melody
of relaxation as it
plays ever more
in your bones

when this is allowed
when this is welcomed
what is truly of your
concern will rise to the surface

do as you must
do as you are compelled
be concerned not
with what others
think of you and your actions

be free and relax
into the knowing
of your heart and soul
into the truth of your cells and bones

speak your truth dear one
with a golden tongue

Throwback Post: The Ghost of Smallness

The Ghost of Smallness

Look into the
face of anxiety.
Stand with anxiety,
knowing not fear
for anxiety is
a ghost of the past.

Anxiety haunts,
Lurking in the shadows.
Hidden and simply
waiting to emerge again.

Causing the grip of
freedom to be lost
and smallness to
settle once again in
its rightful place.

Knowing to be looked at
and felt with no fear
would surely
be the end.

And the one looking
Would regain
the grip of freedom.

As you are faced and felt,
you would be no longer
Dissolve you would
as you are faced and felt.

As the host
remembers that
I am light and love
and light and love
bring alchemy and
transform both of us

allowing me to see myself as the divine sees me
and allowing you to become love and light
and haunt me no longer.

Throwback Post – The Love of Tree

Spring or Summer of 2016 – A time I spent months painting rocks, pairing with poems, which I then hand wrote on upcycled material made for hanging. That was fun! Thanks to all who purchased these way back then!

The Love of Tree

Your silhouette soaks into my soul
and stirs creativity to an unbounded place.
I am lifted by your limbs.
I become anointed with the knowing of given talents.
The knowing and conviction of trusting myself.
Your love lightens the load.
What no longer serves is lifted and transmuted by your strength
to float away with the wind.
When I depart your presence, I leave different than I arrived.
I depart on limbs of love.
I am healed by the sound of your leaves swaying in the breeze.

June 11 2020 Amazing walk this morning. So many herds of wild horses. The most I’ve seen, about 5 or 6 groups.

Look at this gorgeous place, less than a 15 minute drive from us … Scripts Wildlife Preserve. Breathtaking!

Look at this beautiful surprise I found in the mail! Someone commented that this photo I took would look great as a card, and another someone saw that comment.

She agreed, made it into a card, and mailed it to me. It looks amazing! I’m so blessed when others help me to see my creations through their eyes. Overflowing gratitude to and for those who reflect ME back to myself. xoxo

Freedom Walk

I walk this path with legs
that have walked many miles

I walk this path with arms
free of heavy burdens from the past

I walk this path with a mind
that supports and encourages the heart

I walk this path with a heart
that is pure and ripe with love

I walk this path with eyes
fresh with new perspectives

I walk this path with ears
awakened to natures sounds

I walk this path with a nose
that inhales the sweetness

I walk this path with mouth and lips
parted to breathe the benevolent essence

I walk this eternal path home
with all beings as one.
