Sunrise walk this morning .. Had some company for a little while. These lovely ducks came right up to me and joined me for a bit. A jogger coming by the other direction asked “Are those yours?” … Hahahaha!! Those lovely ducks inspired me this morning.

Great time camping this weekend with Thomas, Lillian, my Mom & Frank! Lillian’s favorite part was sleeping in the tent, Thomas’ was roasting marshmallows & mine was watching the pure joy of them having fun!!

When the day calls for a wee mini adventure … “Working at the car wash … Get your car washed today” … Thomas and Lillian weren’t that impressed with my singing!! We had a ball! Rosey is so happy to be clean! She got vacuumed too … Love a nice clean car.
Thomas and I went to Great Basin Community Food Coop today while Lillian was in therapies. When we got home he said that was the best grocery store ever! I asked why and he said cause everybody was talking to one another and to the customers. Plus, we got a big cup of their home made soup! YUM! I agree with Thomas … It’s a great and friendly place. We will be going there more often! We all had another fun walk tonight! xoxo

August 19 2013:
The adventures have begun … 2nd grade for Thomas, 5th grade for Lillian and Reiki sessions and mentoring for Camilla. Thomas was so happy to see Mrs. Nicole! I LOVE High Desert Montessori! Great energy, great people, great environment! Now. Who needs some Reiki love?
It got really quiet while I was cooking dinner tonight. Went outside looking for Thomas and Lillian …. found them under this beautiful sky, sitting and reading together …. I’m so HappY and blessed I get to be their Mom!

Lillian’s latest “abstract art” creation (as she calls it) …. Egyptian Eye … The design is all Lillian. I am helping her fill in some of the colors and helping her decide on a title for the drawing …

Team TLC library day! Bonus: Craft day too! Thomas and I picked out pieces to be a part of a charity quilt and they sewed them together on the spot. Thomas loved the loom! Oh my gosh. So grateful today was our library day and for the kindness and sharing of those who love what they do!

Picture of Lillian right before her dentist appointment today! She was so nervous cause she was getting xrays this time. I’m so grateful I gave myself the gift of becoming a Reiki practitioner … Gave her Reiki while we were waiting for the dentist so she was able to calm down. YAY Lillian! She did great!
