I’ve had to put off nearly all socializing during fall semester. Now that we’re on break, I finally got to meet up with my sweet friend, Anthony. Thanks for sharing dessert with me, for the laughs, for the raging, for your vulnerability after reading my election rage writings. You are one of the sweetest, most empathetic humans I have the pleasure of knowing. Plus, I get to call you my friend. I cannot wait for your album to debut next summer! Love you! 🖤✊🏻🖤

I did it! Fall 2024 semester is officially over for me. I took my last final this afternoon and soon I shall celebrate with champagne. I don’t have final grades yet, but it’s looking like I’ll have all As. I am deeply relieved to be done, and ready to relax a bit.
This completely kicked my ass y’all. I had a sucky schedule, having to drive to UNR every damn day. My neurodivergence and personality require more down time than that. Next semester will be much better as I’m only there two days a week. I’m looking forward to the much better schedule and awesome classes.
Also, UNR can take their parking situation and the fees charged and shove them. If they are going to charge to park, they should wrap it into the tuition. Completely ridiculous.

Paint n Sip at INOVA last night with authentic tacos to kick off the event. Me and two neighbors were representing Gen X. I’m thankful to my community for hosting these, as it’s such a relaxed and fun way to get to know your neighbors! 🖤🎉🖤

NCED holiday lunch yesterday. Baked potato bar with loads of desserts. So good! I work with some pretty amazing folks, always doing wonderful things for the disability community. Did you know that everyone who works at NCED either has a disability or has a loved one with a disability? “Nothing About Us, Without Us”! 🖤✊🏻🖤 Had to have a lil photo session with the coolest coat I’ve ever owned. 🌸🐍🌸
