Do you believe HappYness comes to us from outside circumstances, events, other people or things? Do you believe it’s possible to be HappY no matter what’s happening around you? Do you believe it’s possible to be at peace no matter what your situation?
Do you believe your HappYness depends on where you live, how much money you have, your job title, your spouse, your kids, your parents, your friends, the type of car you drive or the clothes you wear, the shape or size of your body, or your hairstyle?
What does it take to reach “that” place where no matter what’s happening around us we can stay connected to the HappYness within us? You know. “That” magical place where peace and joy never fade and we are able to view the gift or lesson in every situation.
“That” place were we know and have faith that everything is going to be okay. “That” place where we don’t acknowledge mistakes. “That” place where we recognize that if we don’t like the outcome of a decision or a choice, that it’s not a mistake. It is a gift given to us to learn and grow.
“That” place where we choose not to complain or worry. Rather we view the positive in every situation. “That” place where we can easily spot the reasons to be grateful in every single minute of our day.
“That” place where we believe in miracles, ask for miracles and are blessed by miracles. “That” place where we see the miracles that nature lavishly gives to us and asks nothing in return.
“That” place where we wake up excited about the unlimited potentiel of the day. “That” place where we are excited about the unknown and embrace not having a plan.
“That” place where we can see the love and innocence in every other human being … even when they don’t see it themselves.
“That” place where we see the wisdom of releasing worry. “That” place where we know and have faith that all is unfolding perfectly. “That” place where we are open to receiving solutions to perceived problems.
“That” place where we are patient with ourselves while we are aligning with “that” place and remembering that we already know the answers. “That” place where we know that we are already aligned with “that” place we just need to get out of our own way and quit jerking ourselves around. We are already in “that” place yet we are not in “that” place.
As a woman who has been patiently aligning with “that” place and remembering that it is and always has been within me, I have learned that there are several stops along this journey to INspired HappYness. Let me add that I am not claiming to always be in “that” place. However, I have been in “that” place and I like it. I want to visit there more often and stay as often as possible … Stay tuned as I share in a future post The Short Yet Powerful Guide to True Happiness.
I believe that inspired, soul based and true Happiness is within us, has never left us and is patiently waiting for us to come home.
